[Correction published 9/8/06]
To all those who steal from cemeteries: I wanted to let you all know that after having my father and father-in-law’s beautiful flowers stolen off of their gravesites at Holy Family Ceme-tery in Augusta last year, this year I will be watching for you.
Memorial Day weekend is a time when people remember their loved ones with flowers, plants, American flags, etc., and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
So, if you are thinking about stealing the flowers again, you might want to think twice. People will be watching this year and imagine the embarrassment if you are caught. You might not see us (behind a tree, a headstone, a bush), but rest assured we will be there and we won’t hesitate to contact the authorities.
Longfellow’s, Home Depot, etc. have lovely flowers and plants, so please purchase your own and let the rest of us remember our loved ones with beauty and respect.

Oh, boo hoo hoo. I’m sure we’ll just suffer so horribly without burritos.Screw him. Good old American-invented hot dogs, pizzas, and ice cream cones and much more will do just fine.

From what I’ve heard, the Mexican food to be found in Western Europe sucks.

  3. Beryl says on :

So is he saying we have a choice between burritos or no illegals? Gas up the buses!

la palabra. i wish they had some -Berto’s in San Francisco so i could get a decent burrito. Bay area burritos have steamed tortillas that fall apart (hence the foil wrapping), are more than 50% white rice, and soupy beans. and the tacos! who the fuck puts beans in their tacos? ridiculous.whoops. that turned into a rant.

This guy is a moron, and so are you for posting this. There are probably milions and millions of LEGAL Mexican immigrants, and I’m sure they make Mexican food that is as good as any illegal immigrant’s cooking. I mean, what, you think people who are more likely to cross the border illegally are the ones who are better cooks? Nonsense. On another note, illegal immigrants would likely not be allowed to open up their own restaurants, so even if their burritos really were magically tastier than those made by legal immigrants (I’m sure they use some kind of a magic illegal sauce!!), we would never be able to eat them anyway, unless they come into our kitchens and make them for us.This is completel bullshit.

At least waffle ice cream cones are. (shoulda clarified, sorry.) A World’s Fair ice cream seller bought waffles from a neighboring vendor when he ran out of bowls. They were dubbed ‘World’s Fair Cornucopias’ by the crowd.I’m pretty sure pizza is US-invented too, started in a big city as an all-in-one meal for workingmen. I’ll do some fact checking in a bit.

Word. If you’re not in a sketchy neighborhood in Escondido, you’re not getting the good stuff.
