My brain is on fire right now, this is disgusting. A slim, shy woman who looks like a teenager, she said she had spent recent months baby-sitting for relatives in Queens, crying over the deaths of her two brothers back in Cali, Colombia, and longing for the right stamp in her passport — one that would let her return to the United States if she visited her family.Like she wasn’t already enough pain, this asswipe had to go coerce her into doing this? What kind of image are we giving to those who want to come here seeking a better life??

I’d say not getting raped counts as a most basic right. And I’d say using authority, intimidation, and possible force (there was a struggle recorded on the tape) to procure a sexual favour counts as rape.

If this piece of shit doesn’t immediatly get deported after losing his trial for a crime that there irrefrutable evidence for, then this country has gone to shit.
