Sooners fall to Tigers
Even Sherri Coale, their always optimistic and quick-with-a-spin coach, found herself at a loss in applying something sunny to a suddenly sinking Sooner season that dipped deeper Tuesday.
That’s more than a score — that’s the No. 12 seed winning for the first time in tournament history.
That’s the last-place team in the Big 12 taking down the No. 13 team in the country.
That’s OU possibly kissing away a chance to enjoy Sweet 16 before friends and adoring fans in Oklahoma City.
That’s the Sooners losing their third straight; hardly the preferred method of streaking into the NCAA Tournament.
At least there’s that, an assured spot in March Madness, despite the madness that took place inside Municipal Auditorium.
“We get to play again, that’s great,” said a clearly shaken Coale, who wasn’t totally convincing of the latter.
There’s an overriding concern surrounding where the Sooners go from here. And how Coale might get them there resembling the national contender they’re supposed to be, or once were.
“I have a long trip home to think about it,” Coale said.
There’s much to consider.
OU’s slumping offense, which Tuesday produced 59 missed shots — many from point-blank range.
OU’s slumping confidence, now so low the Tigers — who won just two of 16 league games in the regular season — looked more the part two-time defending tournament champion than the Sooners.

Nice bullshit story.http://www.snopes.com/critters/malice/elephant.aspIt’s especially stupid that they took the name (mispelled it) of a mythical creature and called a guy that name:http://www.mokelembembe.com/HA!
you forgot “diseased” and “sufficiently”, but thanks for your partial spell check.

My Dear,You can still have 40 MILLION AMERICAN DOLLARS, my father who was very wealthy was killed in a plane crash in Nairobi…..
I make a face like that when my steak falls into the pool too.
That one actually looks like he’s a tiger-mermaid.
Only one way to find out!
This should be it’s own post. The merits of inbreeding animals could be debated, “breeds” of animals are created and maintained through selective breeding which may, or may not, include inbreeding. Once a breed is cufficiently established the inbreeding is rare. Also, irresponsible breeders who aren’t careful in selecting the breeding, often end up with diseased animals. As for inbreeding in large cats, I don’t really see the merit, beyond having a dangerous white pet. Dog breeds often formed out of a desired characteristic which the owner wanted to fix in the gene pool. And given the amount of suffering these animals may go through (you can’t just give away a large cat because its genes aren’t quite right), should this practice be permitted? Probably not.
White tigers are often horribly inbred and born with neurological diseases like down syndrome. Look closely at the face of the tiger in these pictures, I believe he is no exception. For more information please read: http://www.bigcatrescue.org/white_tigers.htm
